Payment
Currently Mi2ULove.com only accept POSB/DBS bank transfers. However, Mi2ULove.com do not accept concealed cash. If you do not have a bank account, we recommend ATM transfer at any POSB branch. Mi2ULove.com strictly do not offer reservations, self-collection, meet-ups or trades due to our hetic schedule.

Delivery information
All packages are despatched by the Singapore Post Office.

Normal Mail
Free normal postage is provided. Kindly note that normal mails will usually arrive within 3 to 4 working days from day of despatch.

Once the order has been processed and despatched, an email containing the tracking number will be sent to your email. A tracking number, or registered article number (RA#), allows you to check the status of the package with the mail service provider. For SingPost, you can track the status of your package here.

Lost Mails
Mi2ULove will not be held responsible for any lost normal mails should you decide not to opt for registered mail as your preferred mode of delivery.

International Shipping
Unfortunately right now, we do not ship internationally.

Return/Exchange policy
To qualify for a return/exchange of defective or wrong item/s dispatched, item/s must be returned, unworn/unused and in a brand new condition.
Returns are accepted within 7 days from the dispatch date.

Refunds
In the event that the item/s you originally purchased is/are out of stock, a full refund will be processed.  Mi2ULove.com reserves all rights to exercise discretion in permitting all returns and exchanges.
